There have been so many exciting things happening with the Lids Foundation! Not only have we continued a majority of our partnerships from last year, but we also kicked off our Summer Series!
Jumpstart
For the second year in a row, we are proud to announce our partnership with Jumpstart.
Jumpstart is a national early education organization working toward the day every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed. They provide language, literacy, and social-emotional programming for preschool children from under-resourced communities and promote quality early learning for all children.
As part of our partnership, we have provided funding for the purchase of approximately 500 books and session plans to diversify classrooms nationwide.

St. Louis Blues Blind Hockey Club
The Lids Foundation is proud to partner with the St. Louis Blues Blind Hockey Club for the second year in a row. This partnership will provide them with funding for their ice time and equipment. The St. Louis Blues Blind Hockey Club is a 501(c)3 whose mission is to provide blind or visually impaired youth and adults the opportunity to participate fully in the sport of Blind Hockey. Their program focus is on the successful development of skating and hockey skills while emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, competition, and an overall love for the game.

Girls on the Run of Central Indiana
We are excited about continuing our partnership with Girls on the Run of Central Indiana for the second year in a row. Girls on the Run is a national non-profit organization that inspires individuals of all abilities to discover, build, and grow their self-confidence. At the end of the season, the team competes in a Community Impact Project and a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.

Good Sports
For the second year in a row the Lids Foundation is proud to partner with Good Sports.
While some families have the ability to afford sports gear, leagues, and travel costs – many do not. Consequently, their kids are left behind on the sidelines. Good Sports drives equitable access in youth sports and physical activity, by supporting children in high-need communities to achieve their greatest potential, on the field and in life.
Through our partnership last year, we provided around 3,000 children with the equipment that was needed for their sport of choice. This year our partnership will impact around 4,500 children.

Summer Series
On June 18, 2025 we kicked off our Summer Series with a bang! Last year was our first ever Summer Series where we hosted 1 MLB Team. This year we are excited to be hosting 3 MLB Teams! The Chicago White Sox, Cincinatti Reds, and the Los Angeles Dodgers!
Our first stop was Chicago where our Lids Store #9061 Team, DSM Paul Lam, and DMIT Ashley Moorman hosted with style and energy, making sure a display of the City Connect Collection of the Chicago Bulls x White Sox was front and center right when you walked in the door!Each family was gifted a $250 gift card and their very own teammate to help them shop till they dropped. Our Lids Teammates also made sure they didn’t pass up the opportunity to get their hats & jerseys customized!
Our special guest Southpaw filled the store with laughter as he goofed off with the kids and their families and tried on a few hats. He definitely brough the fun!
Memories were made and everyone left with a smile! It was a good day!
