Valentine’s Day Cards
Amy Burns from Finance came to us in January wanting to arrange for her department to make Valentine’s Day Cards and have them donated to members of a charitable organization. Because of an already established relationship, the Lids Foundation was able to connect Amy with New Hope of Indiana, a community dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live their most fulfilling lives. Finance, along with other teams in the office, came together to make beautiful and loving cards for members of New Hope and boy were they well recieved! Thank you Amy and everyone who helped make cards for New Hope!
Million Meal Marathon
February 5th was a day filled with service, team-building, and commitment to uplifting our community here in Indianapolis. We were excited to spend the day with more than 1,100 volunteers at this year’s Marathon Meal Marathon.
Together, we packed enough meals to fill each seat in Gainbridge Fieldhouse over 16 times! Now, those meals will be distributed to Hoosiers in need as well as Californians experiencing food insecurity from the Los Angeles wildfires.

Make A Wish x Super Bowl
Super Bowl week, we hosted our friends at Fanatics and Make A Wish for a shopping experience at our Lids Locker Room Riverwalk Location.
The kids got to shop for all of their Super Bowl gear with a few surprises as well. NFL’s Jahmyr Gibbs and Tristan Wirfs along with Arizona State’s Cam Skattebo surprised the kids, spent time with them, and signed autographs. It is safe to say that LOTS of memories were made.
Thank you to everyone from the Lids Team who made this a successful event! Without all of you, events like these wouldn’t be possible.
Partnership Update
JAB Camp
We are thrilled to announce our continued partnership with JAB Camp for the second year in a row.
JAB Camp’s mission is to inspire the next generation of student-athletes to use sports to develop skills, self-esteem, and sportsmanship, becoming leaders who drive equality in their communities and beyond.
Through our partnership the Lids Foundation will be funding scholarships to (50) young student-athletes from underserved communities. These athletes will have access to valuable opportunities, for not only basketball, but will also provide them with an environment that foster socialization and leadership growth.
